Welcome to GoEasyK (referred to below as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website and purchasing our planning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
GoEasyK is an independent travel consultancy. We provide customized travel itineraries, digital mapping (via Naver Map), and WhatsApp on-tour support.

No Direct Booking: We do not book flights, accommodations, train tickets, or activities on your behalf. All bookings are made directly by you (the client) with third-party providers.

Service Fee: Our initial service begins with a $30 baseline fee for our setup questionnaire and introductory Welcome Call.
2. Limitation of Liability
GoEasyK provides advice and custom suggestions based on local research. However, we are not responsible or liable for:

Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

Double-bookings, bad service, or reservation cancellations by third-party providers (hotels, airlines, rental cars, KTX, etc.).

Injury, illness, loss of property, or travel disruptions occurring during your trip to South Korea.

Natural disasters, weather conditions, or local government restrictions.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom itineraries, Naver Map layouts, guides, and text provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, copy, or redistribute our customized materials to third parties.
