GoEasyK Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GoEasyK, we pour our heart, local expertise, and hours of dedicated research into crafting your dream South Korea experience. Because our services consist of personalized digital planning, strategy sessions, and customized research, we have established the following refund policy to protect both our clients' investments and our planners' time.

1. The $30 Baseline Setup Fee & Welcome Call

The $30 fee covers the initial review of your custom travel style questionnaire and your live, 30-minute introductory WhatsApp strategy session.

• Full Refund (100%): You are eligible for a full refund of your $30 setup fee if you request a cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled Welcome Call.

• Non-Refundable (0%): The setup fee is strictly non-refundable if:

  • You cancel with less than 24 hours' notice before your scheduled call.

  • You fail to show up to your scheduled time slot without notice.

  • Your 30-minute Welcome Call has already taken place. Once the live consultation is completed, the service is fully rendered.

Rescheduling the Welcome Call:

We know travel planning is dynamic! You can reschedule your 30-minute Welcome Call for free up to 12 hours in advance. Missed calls ("no-shows") without notice cannot be refunded, and a new setup booking will be required.

2.The Premium Master Itinerary Upgrade

Our premium tier involves extensive, custom-tailored neighborhood mapping, transportation logistics, and localized daily blueprint curation.

• Before Work Begins (100% Refund): If you purchase a Master Itinerary upgrade but decide to cancel before our team begins your custom research (within 24 hours of your Welcome Call), you are eligible for a full refund of the upgrade amount.

• During the Research Stage (50% Partial Refund): Once our team has initiated the custom research and mapping for your trip, cancellations will be eligible for a 50% partial refund to compensate the planner for the active design hours already invested.

• After Delivery (0% Refund): Once the final, completed custom day-by-day Master Itinerary link and customized English Naver Map layouts are delivered to you, the service is considered fully rendered and is 100% non-refundable.

3. Third-Party Booking Disclaimer

Please note that GoEasyK is a customized itinerary and planning consultancy.

• We do not book hotels, flights, trains, or reservation slots directly.

• Any cancellations, delays, or refund disputes regarding your flights, accommodations, or activities must be handled directly with those respective providers (e.g., Booking.com, airlines, KTX, local venues).

• GoEasyK is not responsible for, and cannot issue refunds for, disruptions caused by third-party travel providers, missed flights, or weather-related changes to your trip.
